What are my responsibilities for planning the trip?

At Goodtime Travel we take care of all the planning.  Tell us where you want to go and we will arrange it.  We will provide a questionnaire for you to list all attractions and special meals that you may want included. Your only responsibility is promoting the trip to your students and collecting their payments.

 How do you choose hotel accommodations?

GTT does a lot of research into hotels.  We book locations based on quality, safety, location, and comfort level that will fit within your budget.

 What is the tour pace?

Goodtime Travel remembers that you want to see the attractions and not be rushed.  Therefore, we schedule sufficient time at each location.  However, some events are out of our hands and we will quicken the pace to reach our next destination if necessary.  The pace of the trip is ultimately up to you and your attraction choices.

 Do you travel overnight?

For trips that normally require relay drivers, for safety, we recommend staying overnight in a hotel instead.

 Can airfare or rail be substituted for motorcoach transportation?

Yes, Goodtime Travel can provide all modes of transportation that are available.

What is included in the tour price?

             Transportation, lodging, attractions, all meals requested by group and driver gratuities.

What are the deposit requirements?

A $500 non-refundable deposit is due on the date of your group's contract agreement with GTT.  However, if the trip has an early departure, this date may be adjusted accordingly.
