If you like being pampered and entertained, then hop on board and retreat to Hot Springs with us! The most prominent building in the heart of historic downtown Hot Springs National Park is the Arlington Resort Hotel & Spa, an American treasure and our home for the next three nights. The Arlington has all the ambiance and hospitality of a traditional, grand old Southern hotel, as well as full spa service and the Thermal Bath House, three restaurants, and a national park outside any door. From check-in until lights out you’ll not run out of fun, relaxing activities to recharge you. And with its prime location in the heart of historic downtown, art galleries, restaurants, antique shops and great entertainment are just steps away.

Day 1: DINNER AT BELLE ARTI / WILKINS MUSIC & COMEDY SHOW / ARLINGTON HOTEL / HOT SPRINGS, AR:  Fall is in the air and the colorful foliage should delight as we make our way to historic Hot Springs. After a day of scenic travel we check into the historic Arlington Hotel & Spa.  Dinner is included at Belle Arti Ristorante, a truly authentic Italian cuisine.  Let’s laugh our cares away tonight at the Wilkins Music & Comedy Show featuring hilarious comedy and nostalgic songs from the 50’s through today. This is the Best Little Big Show in Arkansas! (D)

Day 2: GUIDED TOUR OF HOT SPRINGS / FREE TIME / DINNER AT BRICK HOUSE RESTAURANT / ARLINGTON HOTEL: You will find our guided tour of historic Hot Springs to be very interesting. Learn about the natural thermal waters that grace this historic town, see where President Bill Clinton lived prior to college, and of the days when this was a hot spot for gangsters. Then enjoy your free time! You may want to explore the art galleries, antique shops, or clothing stores all around the hotel. Fill your water jugs from the hot springs or visit the Fordyce Bath House Visitor Center. The Arlington Spa offers hot baths and massages as well as manicures, pedicures, and hairstyling. You may want to relax at the hotel and enjoy these spa treatments.  This evening we will enjoy an included dinner at the Brick House Grill, a locale favorite for steaks. (D)

Day 3:  DRYDEN POTTERY / BELLE OF HOT SPRINGS LUNCH & SIGHTSEEING CRUISE / GANGSTER MUSEUM OF AMERICA: We begin our day at Dryden Pottery Factory where an artisan will be making pottery from mid-America clays and Arkansas quartz. After an included lunch, we board the Belle of Hot Springs and depart for a narrated sightseeing cruise. The fall colors should be putting on a show as we glide through the waters of Lake Hamilton. Speaking of colors, we will take a look at Hot Springs colorful past as we visit the Gangster Museum of America and see the who’s who list of bad guys who vacationed in Hot Springs. This evening is at your leisure.

Day 4: MEMPHIS MOJO TOUR / HOME: The “Home of the Blues” comes alive on this unique tour of Memphis. See Beale Street, Sun Studio, Stax Records, the Lorraine Motel, movie locations and more, but the music is the difference on this tour! All of Backbeat Tours' guides are Memphis musicians, who play and sing selections from the city’s rich musical heritage, along with comedy and audience interaction. Ninety minutes of high-energy fun!  We continue home rejuvenated and ready to go again.
