Day 1: APPALACHIAN VALLEY / VIRGINIA: In the beginning God created… As we travel toward Pennsylvania, we pass through some of His most wondrous works.  We leave the Tennessee Valley behind and travel along the scenic Blue Ridge Mountain range.  We overnight in the Appalachian Valley area of Virginia.


Day 2: SHENANDOAH VALLEY / LURAY CAVERNS / LANCASTER, PA:  We’ll pass through the scenic Shenandoah Valley stopping to explore Luray Caverns, the most popular cave in Eastern America. Walk paved walkways through cathedral-size rooms filled with towering columns, shimmering draperies, and crystal-clear pools. While in this wonderland, hear “the rocks sing” as you experience the sounds of the Great Stalacpipe Organ – the only one in the world! We continue to Pennsylvania for the night.                                      


Day 3:  HERSHEY CHOCOLATE WORLD / TROLLEY TOUR OF HERSHEY, PA / WHEATLAND ESTATE / FAMILY-STYLE DINNER @ : Upon arrival in Hershey at Chocolate World, an automated tram takes us through the simulated production of chocolate from cocoa bean to finished Hershey bar. Then we’ll take a Trolley Tour through the town of Hershey, a great introduction to Milton Hershey’s benevolent life. Following a tour of Wheatland Estate, former home of President James Buchanan, America’s 15th president, a family-style dinner is included. (D)   


Day 4:  AMISH COUNTRY TOUR / LUNCH IN AMISH HOME / THE PLAY "JOSEPH” AT SIGHT & SOUND: This morning we meet our local guide for a fascinating tour of Amish country, with its fertile fields and early American charm. Our Amish tour concludes with a hearty lunch in an Amish family home. Later today we’ll see the play "Joseph" at Sight and Sound Theatre. This is perhaps one of the most loved and remembered stories from the Bible. The breathtaking special effects and numerous live and animated animals combine to make this a truly amazing theatrical production. (L)                        


Day 5: MUSEUM OF SHENANDOAH VALLEY / LUNCH AT MSV TEA ROOM / VIRGINIA: Our drive through the great state of Virginia provides proof again that these lands were created by a hand mightier than ours. In Winchester, we will visit the Museum of Shenandoah Valley. Here you will visit several galleries, see interesting exhibits and gain information about the history of Shenandoah Valley. Lunch is included in the Tea Room. After a self-guided tour of the Glen Burnie Gardens, among the most beautiful public gardens in Virginia, we continue. (L)


Day 6: HOME: We arrive home with a greater appreciation of God's country, and the simple life-style of the Amish.  We have many stories and pictures to share with our family and friends.

 Discounts:  8% if paid in full by November 30;   7% if paid in full by December 31;   6% is paid in full (Jan 1 – 14); 5% if paid in full (Jan 15 – 31).
