| | Day 1: LUNCH @ SHAKER TAVERN / TOUR SHAKER VILLAGE / PETERSBURG, KY: -- In the beginning... we travel the hills and valleys of Tennessee and Kentucky on our way to the upper Ohio Valley. Enjoy the beautiful scenery on the way to Shaker Village, established in 1807. Here, you will learn first-hand about the Shaker way of life on a guided tour. A buffet lunch is included at Shaker Tavern. We continue on, arriving at our destination late afternoon. (L) |
| Day 2: CREATION MUSEUM / PLANETARIUM / SPECIAL EFFECTS THEATRE / PETERSBURG, KY: -- Experience a day of wonderment as we take in this unique walk through earth’s history. The Creation Museum brings the pages of the Bible to life with heart-warming exhibits. With realistic scenery, murals, and life-sized animatronics, we will walk among dinosaurs, watch Noah’s family build the ark, enjoy a 3-D show in Special Effects Theatre, and see Earth from God’s perspective in a striking Planetarium presentation. Most importantly, you will see how all scientific disciplines prove creation, and learn how to give an answer to those who don’t believe the Bible account of our earth’s beginning. |
Day 3: LUNCH @ FEDERAL GROVE / HOME: -- Lunch is included at one of our favorite places, Federal Grove, before continuing home. We will have much to share with our family and friends as we recall the exhibits that left us in awe of our Creator. The memories of strolling through the Garden of Eden coupled with the great treasures we found in the Gift Shop and Book Store make this a learning experience your family will never forget. And God saw that it was good. (L)
